Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on May 4, 2015, found that Hamre Home Care had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced state licensure survey conducted on March 24, 2015.
